Hi, I’m Farah—a psychotherapist who truly loves what I do. Healing isn’t just about talking; it’s about feeling, moving, and making sense of your story in a way that feels right for you. I bring humor, movement, and even a little self-disclosure into my sessions because therapy should feel real, not robotic.
Always Learning, Always Growing
I’m passionate about continuously expanding my knowledge to better support my clients. My work is rooted in research-based approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, somatic work, and mindfulness. I’m also currently training in EMDR, a powerful tool for processing trauma. But beyond the theories, I trust intuition, creativity, and the organic flow of our conversations.
