Hi, I’m Farah
My approach to therapy is personal, creative, and intuitive. I believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I tailor each session to offer a safe, compassionate space for self-exploration at your own pace.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including inner child healing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, somatic work, and mindfulness. These methods help uncover patterns, core beliefs, and emotional wounds, fostering deeper self-awareness and transformation. I’m also training in EMDR, an evidence-based approach to processing trauma.
My practice is centered around supporting individuals in:
- Understanding and processing emotions while building self-compassion.
- Exploring core beliefs and managing distressing thoughts and feelings.
- Breaking generational cycles and creating healthy, sustainable boundaries.
Healing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. While therapy involves deep work, it can also be organic, empowering, and even involve humor, creativity, or movement. My goal is to co-create a process that resonates with you, fostering growth, self-acceptance, and meaningful change.

What Can I Help With:

THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES:
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) – Parts Work
IFS explores different "parts" of yourself that influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By understanding and healing these parts, you can cultivate self-compassion, balance, and inner harmony.
-
Inner Child Healing
This approach reconnects you with younger parts of yourself that experienced neglect or trauma. By nurturing your inner child, you can heal past wounds, break unhelpful patterns, and foster self-compassion.
-
Narrative Therapy
Narrative Therapy helps you see your life as a story that you have the power to reshape. By rewriting unhelpful narratives, you can shift beliefs, gain empowerment, and create a more positive self-view.
-
Art Therapy
Creative expression helps process emotions, uncover insights, and promote healing. Whether through drawing, painting, or other forms, art therapy provides a powerful, nonverbal way to explore your inner world.
-
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR uses guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation to reprocess traumatic memories, reducing emotional distress. It’s highly effective for PTSD and trauma recovery.
-
Somatic Psychotherapy
This body-focused approach helps release stored trauma and stress through movement, breathing, and mindfulness. It strengthens the mind-body connection, promoting emotional and physical well-being.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT identifies and reshapes negative thought patterns, improving emotional regulation and coping skills. It’s a structured, goal-oriented approach to mental well-being.
-
Integrative Approach
This flexible approach blends various research-based therapies to meet your unique needs, addressing mind, body, and emotions holistically.
-
Spirituality in Therapy
Integrating spirituality into therapy can provide meaning, purpose, and resilience. Whether religious or personal, this approach supports deep emotional healing and connection.
